Arrived in about two weeks. At first I had problem with PC not booting but traced this problem to Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000 USB transceiver, would only work in USB 3.0 port. Curious! PC boots perfectly with other USB devices. PC was partly set up. I upgraded to latest win10 (20H2) with no problems and PC working fine for 48+ hours. I have had some quality issues with Pipo in the past, however this unit is perfect. My previous model (a Pipo X) lasted about five years. I use primarily for music (J RIver Music Center) and some video (VLC). The Pipo XS and similar models work very well for audio and video. While I did not need to use them for this install, upon receipt I made a full backup with Clonezilla and after booting windows, installed Double Driver and backed up all the drivers. Some of the drivers are unique and you should keep copies; this would have saved me trouble with a previous unit (from another seller) that I had to return, possibly due to a missing driver issue.
